How do I book a nutrition consultation?
To book a consultation, please use my contact form or book directly online by clicking here.
Can you help me lose weight?
It's totally OK if weight loss is one of your goals! But please know that weight loss will never be our sole and only focus. Weight is not a behavior. Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, we will focus on making long lasting behavior changes and building healthy habits that will last a lifetime. This may mean adjusting weight loss expectations along the way. I'm here to support you 100% along your weight management journey!
How often will we meet?
After your initial consultation, I encourage a minimum of 2-4 follow-ups to make sure you are reaching your goals (and to tweak your plan as necessary). Depending on your health and nutrition concerns, more appointments may be needed.

Sessions are usually spaced at 2-4 week intervals, but how often we meet and at what intervals will depend on a number of factors such as budget, availability and level of support needed!
Do you take insurance? Do you offer direct billing?
Most private health insurance plans cover the costs of dietitian and nutritionist services. Some plans may require a referral from a physician. Check with your insurance provider.
I offer direct billing with Blue Cross. For other insurance plans, I offer an electronic official receipt which can be submitted for reimbursement.
If you do not have insurance coverage, you may save receipts for tax purposes.
How do I book a seminar / group presentation or workshop?
To book a group presentation, please request a quote by contacting me here or sending me an e-mail. You can get more information about group presentations here.
Can I get a meal plan?
I would be happy to offer you individualized meal planning support, meal ideas and healthy recipes that are in line with your goals and preferences. You can book a 90-minute meal planning consultation here.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required the day the service is rendered. Insurance receipts will only be provided once the service has been rendered and paid.
Accepted methods of payment include electronic money transfer (preferred), credit card, debit card, or exact cash.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
I get it! Life happens and sometimes, unexpected events occur.
However, as a courtesy to others who are waiting for nutrition consults, a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is required. Failure to do so can result in a charge of 50% of the consultation fee. Receipts for missed appointments are not admissible for insurance coverage.
Your respect of this policy is greatly appreciated!
